Dr. Hilary Frank, DO

She seemed very preoccupied during my less than 15 minute appointment with her to discuss having an ablation. She highly recommended hysterectomy and I said I would consider a partial one. She said I would need a biopsy either way and when I expressed how nervous I was about the pain involved she said she would order a pain med for that future appointment but I needed a driver. I arranged my work schedule and having a driver and showed up a few weeks later for the appointment and she hadn’t ordered the pain med. I was told I could reschedule or they could give me ibuprofen (which I should not have due to my liver issue). I left very disappointed and canceled the surgery that by the way was listed in my patient portal as a total hysterectomy. I’m assuming she makes a lot more money the more invasive the surgery. I would absolutely NOT recommend this doctor. I feel I lucked out having a terrible experience in time to know I didn’t want her to do any surgery on me.

Dr. Frank is very thorough and explains all the options available. She listens to your concerns and answers your questions fully. She has a great bedside manner. I would highly recommend her to others searching for an OB-GYN specialist.

I love Dr. Hillary Frank because she is kind, easy to talk, thorough and knowledgeable. When she suspected something might be wrong with my breast she sent me for a mammogram and ultrasound. Two months earlier when I was for a preop my family practice didn't notice anything and 3 weeks later my breast surgeon didn't notice anything. I highly recommend Dr. Hillary.

Dr. Frank is one of the best doctors I have ever seen. She has given me time to discuss my concerns without feeling rushed, every time I see her. She cares and listens to what her patients want and need.

I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Frank. She did not take the time to listen to my concerns or let me ask questions. She was very unfriendly and seemed like she wanted to get me out the door as soon as possible. I would not recommend her to anyone looking for help and understanding.
