The first and last time I would visit this office. Very little interaction and far from thorough. Waited about 45 min - 1 hr to get in and rushed out the door. Very frustrated with a lot of pain, and still no resolution. Instructed to do the same thing I have been doing for over a month. If it wasn’t urgent I wouldn’t have come to urgent care. Will visit another doctor this week who will actually help me and have conversation in order find a resolution, so I can get back to work and sleep at night.

Dr. Nguyen explained the medications that he was prescribing and why. Explained difference between viral and bacterial infections and why antibiotics were not prescribed as a first choice in treatment.

I was very happy to be able to get in to see Dr. Nguyen. I did not feel good and did not want to wait a couple of days. He checked me out and ran some tests and talked to me; and we agreed on a solution. He was kind and patient; and i felt better when i left there.

Dr. Nguyen is very comprehensive. His care has changed my quality of life. He is an expert in diabetes care and helped me get my A-1 C from an 8.2 (with medication to a 6.2. He is easy to understand and to talk to. Feel very fortunate to have found him as a physician. I went to the downtown clinic for convenience, I'll stay because of this health provider and his staff.

Without a doubt the best Doctor I have ever seen. He is knowledgeable in his field. He treats his staff and patients with the utmost sincerity and gentleness. I will be loyal to Dr. Hieu for quite sometime. I can see myself following him to any practice he goes to. absolutely a great doctor.
