I'm very comfortable seeing Dr Ounis. She listens and is very responsive to my needs and concerns. She's great! The doctor's assistant who met with me initially to take vitals and reasons for the visit also listened and responded well.

Dr. Ounis was excellent as always , she listened to my concerns, explained any concerns she had and was very helpful, kind, friendly and professional. It was a great experience and I feel blessed to have her as my doctor.

Disappointed
I thought I really liked Dr. Ounis after my first visit for a physical. Once I complained about how unprofessional I was treated at an office downstairs, she would never return my phone calls. I left 4 messages. She seemed very compassionate so I was very disappointed that she blew me off after my experience and never addressed my concerns.
