Compassion and Care
Where shall I begin with Dr Sure. I began going to Dr Sure because my previous Dr was no longer accepting my insurance. I was skeptical because I was very comfortable with my previous Dr and I did not want to change Drs. At the time I was deep into alcoholism and very down on myself. After a few visits I gathered the courage to be honest with Dr Sure regarding my present state and this turned out to be the best choice of my life. Dr Sure and staff showed compassion and the willingness to get me back on my feet. I know this sounds crazy but I owe my life right now to Dr Sure because I dont know where I'd be right now without his help. I can not thank him enough when i see him because I dont think even he knows how much he has helped me out.

I went to his office because it says he is a ent dr. He forces me to do blood work when I refused and a ekg. What does a ekg have to do with ear nose and throat doctor. His office called me back with my blood test results and said I have very high cholesterol and I have hepatitis b and I need to come into to office to discuss my blood work results. I had my blood work don’t two weeks prior at my primary doctor and all was fine. I told lady you guys just want me to come In so you can bill me and I told her I just had blood work two weeks prior and I’m healthy. And my wife works at a medical office and by law your suppose to email me blood work. As she kept talking nonsense I said forget it I don’t want my blood results from you guys. She says I’ll have the doctor call you. Their running a scam. They just want me to come in to bill me again.

Dr Sure is very friendly, like a used car salesman. After your fists this visit, he wants you back every 2 weeks for follow-ups. He runs his business to take advantage of insurance payments and will never Charge your visit as an annual physical or preventive care so you continue to pay because your insurance will not fully cover an exam if billed as an office visit instead of preventive care. So he makes $99 every 2 weeks just to walk in the for fake diabetes check, and ekg. Don’t use him.

I was newly diagnosed with cancer and prescribed an anti-depressant. I experienced a side effect of insomnia and when I informed the doctor of this he told me to "just wake up my husband" and implied that sex may help me sleep and feel better in front of two female nurses. I think that this was an inappropriate response for someone with high anxiety, under-going multiple surgeries and chemotherapy. This doctor is unprofessional.

Horrible. Never ever again. Unprofessional. Violate hippa laws. Always talking about other patients charts in front of other patients. Receptionist is horrible. Dr Sure needs to let someone else work that really cares for people. Because he clearly does not.

BEWARE These people don’t know what they are doing. I am waiting 3 days now for my throat culture- I spent all day on the phone asking to speak with the doctor - when I finally spoke to him they weren’t ready and he hung up the phone on me after explaining my disappointment. Don’t be fooled by Dr.Sures seemingly nice demeanor, they are horrible unorganized, and an extremely unprofessional establishment.

Office is unorganzied - assistants have no clue what they are doing - billing is worse and the wait time is ridiculous. Doctor pretends to be your friend until the insurance doesn't pay - then he turns on you. He has no clue to what is going on around him. Test results are even delayed with dangerous consequences. RUN
