Can’t keep up with the times
A few family members and I have gone to this guy a couple of times, and pretty much the only thing he does is give you a topical steroid with nothing beyond vague instructions. No amount to put on, not how long or how often, and most importantly not when to stop. I might have topical steroid withdrawal right now, way worse than the eczema I came to him for help for, and I lay much of the blame on Hochman for not making me aware of potential issues and the proper use of his own prescription. No consideration for another type of treatment, just steroids, which he can’t even bother to instruct people about. He just hopes the problem goes away. Never going back to this guy and never recommending him to anyone.

Dr. Hochman is extremely knowlegeable, kindly and courteous, spends plenty of time explaining the condition one is suffering from, the way to manage it and the best possible way to live with it, if it is not something that can be cured!
