Dr. Henry Shoenthal, MD

I was terminated from his office after being a patient for almost 40years due to a person that answers the phone. Last I knew I was diagnosed with kidney disease and have not been able to find another doctor. I am getting worse but he doesn't care. I honestly don't know how to find another doctor with all of my medical conditions and they deleted my online account that has all of my diagnosis over the last 40years and won't even contact me to get an explanation and find out what REALLY happened. I am in the process of finding an attorney to weigh my options for patient abandonment. I really don't want to go this route I just need medical care before I die.

Pretty damned good. He understands that many of his patients are economically stretched.

It seems that Dr is extremely efficient with appointment times . I never have to wait past my appointment time . Dr explains everything throughly to me . Hr eas the only one ghat took me serious and treated my chronic regional pain syndrome. I am grateful for the help he was able to give me .

i have waited over 55 minutes on hold more than 100 times and also was cut off when office closed and did NOT get a call back this office is a joke for the amount of business done there and the total intake of funds a better answering service with call backs after the pt leaves a message GET WITH THE PROGRAM DR. S I realize you DO NOT NEED THE MONEY BUT YOR PATIENTS NEED BETTER SERVICE ALSO the the PA misdiagnoised me NOT A CLUE WHAT THEY

Every time I need paperwork, the receiver doesn't get it and when I call his office, they say they've sent it. Miraculously, after I complain, the fax goes through. Maybe his office staff should be trained not only on friendliness and time management (they are continuously ignoring patients to gab and gossip behind their glass), but also how to use general office equipment. Dr. Shoenthal himself has awful bedside manner and I wouldn't take a pet mouse to see him. He has a cold and rude demeanor.

He diagnosed me with fibromyalgia and never gave me treatments for it, never explained it, and never told me what it was. Since I left the office when I moved out of state they would not accept me back because the nurse who answered the phone has a personal grudge against me. The nurses are always rude and judgmental and do not listen to the patient.
