Dr. Is a 5. His staff rates a zero.
Was a patient for over 20 years. He is awesome. His staff is terrible. If you are a few minutes late, you are made to believe that you have committed the ultimate sin. Very Non professional. will have to find another doc.

Worst experience with any retailer ever. Do not come here if you have any interest in having the ability to return your glasses if you're unsatisfied. Go to any other business that will allow you to return glasses, which most will. Dr. Nagleberg refused to honor his own return policy as stated on my receipt, which wasn't even good to being with. First I was told they don't offer refunds, so I proceeded to show them their own receipt that states no refund on frames and 50% refund on lenses. He said it wasn't his return policy, and that I bought my glasses from my insurance company not him. LAUGHABLE! I called VSP in his office and told them this and they said they did not sell me the glasses and he must issue the return. Dr. Nagleberg yelled at his Optician, in the back room when she went back there to explain that I wanted a refund. He also argued with me in front of patients waiting to be seen. Then he said he had to go talk to his office manager and never came back out.

Dr. Nagelberg is great -- I would've given him alone 5 stars. But his office staff is horrible--they're all the nastiest, most unfriendly people I've ever dealt with in a doctor's office. The healthcare field is the LAST place people like that should work.

Called the office as soon as they opened one morning to request an appt. Had a traumatic injury to my eye. Pleasant front office gave directions, said come right over and I was seen as an emergency. Dr Nagelberg was friendly and extremely professional as were all the staff. Dr Nagelberg assessed the situation, explained eye injury and treatment needed by a Cornea Specialist. He referred me to another great doctor who saw me that day. All in all, I received outstanding care. 5 Stars!!!!

I have been routinely examined by Dr.Nagelberg for the past 2 years. Great doctor, he makes you feel at ease right from the time he meets you to when you walk out. Amazing front office response as well. They send you prompt email responses, messages and work with you to check your insurance coverage. If you leave a word, they would call you back for any cancelled appointments and move yours up. Keep up the good work, team!!! Kudos to you!!!! I would recommend this doctor to one and all!!!
