Takes his time with his patient
My first visit with Dr. Moreta was worthwhile. He entered the room sat on a stool asked questions and listened carefully to my concerns. I received a thorough office exam and referrals for subsequent treatmentFive star Doctor.

Give him problem that is new or different that he has handle in the past he will just walk out of the office , Definitely would not recommend.

terrible. never got to see him. after waiting an hour we heard the staff say he was an hour behind and there there were 2 people ahead of us. walked out.

Excessive wait time. Very unprofessional doctor with no beside manner for first visit. A life changing diagnosis with no compassion snd left the room Would never recommend to anyone

Waited two and a half hours (no apology or mention of delay). Reception desk says this happens every day. I accompanied a friend who has Alzheimer's. Doctor showed no compassion. Spoke to the patient coldly and almost disrespectfully. He clearly did not care about the patient. I have never had a medical experience like this.

Super. He diagnosed my Trigeminal Neuralgia immediately and sent me to a neurosurgeon, Dr. Sathi, who operated and I've never had any pain since then and that was 2011.

After my previous review, and seeing more doctors, i am convinced this guy must be retiring and is just running through as many patients as he can to collect their insurance money. i am the writer of the previous review and suffer greatly from my pain , dehabilitated .

His office staff doesn't have athe simplest idea of professionalism or how to manage patients. They also have no idea what is happening around them. Upon arriving for an 11:00 app't , which was scheduled 6 weeks prior, I was told there was a 45 min backup. In the time I spent waiting not one other patient of Dr Moreta was apparently seen. After waiting 1 1/2 hrs with no assurance as to when I'd be seen I left. I will Never use South Shore Neurology again.

DR. MORETA SAID THAT HE WOULDN'T SAY THAT A THE SERIOUS NECK NJURY WAS THEBY RESULT OF A FALL INTO A HUGE POTHOLE IN A PARKING LOT, BECAUSE HE FELT THAT I WAS GOING TO SUE THE COMPANY. HE SENT ME TO A PAIN RELIEF THERAPIST ( WHO I THINK WAS HIS WIFE ). 2 OTHER NEUROLOGISTS AND A NEUROSURGEON FROM HOSPITAL FOR SPECIAL SURGERY SAID IT WAS DEFINATELY CAUSED BY BLUNT FORCE TRAUMA FROM THE FALL AND IT COULD AFFECT MY BREATHING. SO I OPTED FOR THE SURGERY, BUT I WILL BE IN LIFELONG PAIN.
