Dr. LU listens to his patients an does not make snap judgements based on what he thinks they want to hear. This a rare quality; often forgotten in the rush to move patients out of the office. I applaud Dr. Lu for his patient focused approach.

Dr. Lu remembers you. He remembers things about your medical history. He is very empathetic and compassionate. Dr. Lu is also very thorough. He touches base with all your medical issues to make sure you are following treatment plan, or if you have any questions. I like how he tells me about research studies and new findings that may alter my current treatment plan.
