When the dictir was late, everyone in office was nice and explained what was happening. When I got to see him , he was nice and explained what he was doing to do.

Dr Leis
Dr Leis and staff were very prompt today! He is always very informative and actually listens to his patients. I highly recommend him for any hand type injuries!

Length of time
Yesterday I arrived early for my appointment and had to wait for like more than two hours to be seen . I let him know that I was upset due to the long waiting time and he was rude and saying things I didn’t want to hear. I wanted to leave but due to the pain I had on my elbows I had to stay. I was taken care of finally with tears in my eyes. Please have the staff NOT TO schedule patients five minutes apart. Patients do need tender care when visiting your clinic no matter what situation we go through. Enjoy the holidays

Great Experience
The staff so graciously fit me in because I was in so much pain. The doctor looked at my x-rays and knew immediately what the problem was, and handled it accordingly. GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!

Unprofessional
When visiting with wrist pain, he did not want to investigate any other (possibly related) pain in my arm, and he told me so. I was visibly upset, and he commented “Oh, now you’re going to cry?!” After he left the room, his nurse apologized for him. Do yourself a favor, skip Bienville all together and go straight to Dr. Karen Hand with Dr. Dudley Burwell’s office.

Second surgery with Dr. Leis. He explains everything and personally calls after to let you know how your loved one did. The staff at the surgery center are welcoming, friendly and accommodating. My husband is receiving therapy from his team and he is doing well.
