Dr.Jao is a rude doctor. He did not listen or respond to my complaints and told me that because I was over 60 he wouldn't do anything. Told me to learn to use my left hand when my shoulder pain incapacitated me. DO NOT RELY ON THIS DOCTOR.

When explaining my condition Dr Jao looked at me as if I was making it up. When he touched the area that I was seeing him about I reacted in pain and he kept telling me that does not really hurt does it I again told him it was very painful. he did not listen to me and was more worried about why I was seeing another Dr about other conditions that was not even related to this injury. He was blatenly rude and disrespectful to me.
