Dr. Hend Aljundi, MD

Dr Aljundi herself is amazing. I trust her judgment and she always knows what I’m talking about and how to address it. I’m on the verge of finding a new Dr, however, because I have very little trust in the quality of care I receive sometimes, purely because it’s being coordinated by an office staff member who is not only dismissive and rude, but seems incredibly ill-suited for her job.She gets incredibly passive aggressive and defensive when I give her updates from my insurance providers, or other providers, when I have to call for status inquiries about testing and prescriptions. Other providers within the Trinity system have told me that they hear all the time that Dr Aljundi is great, but her office staff is in over their heads and a mess. They tell me this unprompted.I take my healthcare seriously, and have left other practices when the office staff has acted inappropriately, or endangered my health because they refused to or didn’t know how to do their job. Dr. Aljundi takes her time and listens. She is concerned about my health and everyday living. She gives her personal cell number to call or text after hours if you need her. She gets the right help that I need. She is always upbeat and welcoming. She was recommended to me by my 90 year old Aunt who is very picky. I am so glad I listened. I just love Doctor Aljundi!

Went to see this Dr. for something general. She didn't listen to me nor did she do anything for me. Then my insurance lets me know that she billed $500 for the visit in which I didn't see her more than 10 minutes. What a ripoff! I won't be going back.

My experience with the doctor was good, and I felt comfortable. However, the staff behind the window lost my paperwork. Claimed they did not receive it, when I have proof (conformation ) it was sent to their office, I waited a month for my next appointment, took the day off work. When arriving to my appointment, they said I had no appointment. And to find another doctor. Not business like!! Terrible staff!!!!!

Dr Aljundi is great. Friendly staff; nice, professional & diligent. I would highly recommend Dr Aljundi, her staff and her practice.
