Dr. Hemanth Kilaru, MD

Dr Kilaru took great care of my mother whilst in the ER and later after admission. He spoke to her knowledgeably, directly and thoroughly without any of the arrogance and condescension of some other physicians, and was always up to date on her care and tests before any conversation. He looked her in the eyes and spoke to her directly without ignoring her as some do with seniors, and was both respectful and confidence inspiring, while being accurate and helpful. He tailored the messaging to be appropriate to her level of understanding. He listened and also was immediately responsive to the nurses when they had questions during a really scary night. Could not recommend more highly.
