Dr. Hemanth Hampole, MD

Dr. Hampole has been my nephrologist for 3+ years. He has been great during this time. He explains things well and sees me as often as necessary. He is very responsive to my requests or calls. The office staff is very helpful. He answers questions very well. He is highly recommended.

Dr. Hampole patiently listen to my questions and answer them thoroughly to make sure I fully understand my health issues.

Unorganized unprofessional just in it for the money. had to reschedule due to not receiving patient forms or labs. Rushed out of my intital appointment because he had elsewhere to be and was not notified till the day of via voicemail while i was in class. saw me for four minuted and didnt bother to sit down or look at medical record. Said follow up in four weeks would be telehealth and wanted to confirm as i ended up in the hospital that same weekend called office and got an answering service during buisness hours they told me to call back on monday the day of the appointment i had already sent an email regarding appointment and where to send lab results. Finally contacted around 11 and sent everything prior to appointment when i called at 12 i got the answering service again my appointment was at 12 then i was contacted at almost one just for them to tell me he was no longer in office. Save your money and find a doctor who cares cause he is not it.

Everyone will no doubt agree that having to deal with a serious illness with a family member can take a toll on the day to day activities that have to still be dealt with. We live in such a fast pace world that sometimes we tend to forget to say thank you to those who make our lives a lot less complicated and a lot less stressful. I want to thank Dr. Hampole for the kindness, compassion, honesty and respect you always show our family. You take the time to listen to our concerns and this in turn has enabled us to build our trust in you. My family is so happy that our family member is under your care and we will be forever grateful. In addition, there is only one word to describe Dr. Hampole’s office staff. AWESOME! Everyone there displays the same kind of qualities we have found with the doctor. Keep up the good work! You couldn’t ask for a better doctor and a supportive staff.
