Highly NOT Recommended
I have had an insomnia about once a week which is not so serious, and asked for any good medication for better sleep. She recommended a certain medication, and she said I need to take it every night even if it is not too serious. I have taken it one time, and I had good sleep, but it made me so tired on the next day. I sent a message and she said l have to take it every night, so I took it again 2 days later, and it really messed up my life in next couple of days. Also, I couldn't even sleep a moment for 2 days after stopped taking those 2 times. Also, her message attitude is horrible, and so rude and ugly cold statement to the patients. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL!

Lacking Positive Bedside Manner
I can't comment regarding her medical ability. But I have been in her office twice, and asking questions always results in an irritated look on her face. Her bedside manner is characterized by stifled short terse feedback. Patients ask questions because it is frightening having symptoms relating to the brain, yet she has absolutely no empathy. On my second visit, she left the examining room and I didn't even know that she was not going to come back. The only way that I knew my appointment was over was when her assistant came in to schedule my next appointment.

Very poor experience with Dr. Narra. Charged $500+ for an initial visit and headache, never followed up, no response, horrible. I will process in small claims court.

I went I Dr. Narra twice and also went to a CT scan and was very disappointed. I’d say it was a total waste of time, energy, and money but I did learn to trust my intuition a lot more after the red flags of a visit with Dr. Narra. I was cut off when I started sharing what I was journaling about my migraines. She proceeded to recommend going on preventatives and suggested one simply because the side effects were weight loss when the other was weight gain. The preventives also were only a temporary fix, and the minute I’m off them, the pain comes back. This was her official recommendation AFTER I started sharing I saw some progress changing my diet and exercise and if maybe that will indeed help. Her response was “no one knows what causes migraines.” That stopped me dead in my tracks and I was ready to let the appointment run its course.

Dr Narra has been absolutely wonderful to me. I love her methodical approach to treatment - we tried every medication in the book for my chronic migraines until we found the right combination for me. I went from 5-6 migraines a week to just 1-2 a week. She's still not satisfied and will keep pushing until I'm completely migraine free. High recommend.

This doctor is completely unhelpful. She lacks any initiative in following through with patients, as well as lacking compassion. It seriously seems like she just went to medical school and chose neurology because it was just something to do, and not because she has any interest in helping people get to the bottom of their conditions. She completely missed my correct diagnosis, and then refused to make a referral for me to see a specialist who could actually help me! Do not use this doctor
