Worst doctor ever
3 years back, the lump in my breast was extremely big red hot and since I was so young I was completely unaware of this could be breast cancer. Now if I ever see something remotely like that with someone else I would not as a doctor but by common sense send the patient to biopsy, ultrasound or mammogram. Upon seeing me with this big red hot lump she told me it’s nothing and that my husband should not panic and relax and upon forcing her she agreed to write us a Mamogram, being under 40 it was so hard for us to get appointment as she didn’t refer us for emergency Mamo and no one was taking us as it was end of year and my Mamo wasn’t considered urgent bec my doctor didn’t order it like that, plus she only wrote me for 1 breast and the order kept rejecting. Got Mamo after lot of struggle and never ever got a call from her office with the bad news and was instead referred further and the bad news was broken by some front office lady calling from oncologist. There’s more to this horror expe

Happy I found her!
I'm so happy I found Dr. Patel. She really listened to my concerns and made feel like I wasn't going crazy inside my own body. She's very factual and to the point which is what I need in a doctor as well as responsiveness to questions. I highly recommend.

My usual doctor was unavailable. Checkin was welcoming. Interacting with this doctor seemed difficult as she rudely cut me off during my explanation of my concerns. I felt belittled by her curt responses. Maybe it’s her way of interacting with her patients. It did not work for me, unfriendly. Never have had that experience in over the three years I’ve been with this group.

Last visit she came across rude, she's good with calling you and giving you your results from the lab. Not friendly and warm and will cut you off from your conversation for her to say what she wants to say to the patient.

Serious health problems And symptoms went untreated for years. The Doctor and her staff do not demonstrate care or concern for patient wellbeing, often with negative attitudes. Only found care upon seeking an alternative provider.

Great Doctor with experience and knowledge to come to the right answers and know and actually looks at test result. Dr. Patel has called me at 7:30 PM at night to discuss test results and there impact on my heath. I would tell anyone that she is a great doctor and I have seen my share that I would not say that about. She is not just a pill pusher but rather a Dr. who give the right answers and drugs to fix or control the issues.

We see Dr. Hema Patel now and we like her and her partner Dr. Ramasamy, but we just cannot stand the office policies, the insanely ridiculous wait times (with an appointment) and the uncaring, jaded, rude office staff any longer. They never take appointments on time or even remotely close to the appointment times. The staff are rude and unhelpful, and quite honestly, spiteful.

Best Doctor I have ever seen. Not a fan of the receptionist, but Dr. Patel is an amazing Doctor. She cares enough to call personally and even helps you understand what's happening to you. I see myself going to her for a long time.

This was my first visit with her. Im having pain on left side. I bring my labs and test done so far. To help narrow down the problem. She looks at the results & says so since these test are negative what's your next step or plan. As if thats not the reason I came to see her the DOCTOR. Second after reading the results she says well if all the other doctors are telling you this then that's your issue. When NONE of my reports or labs even has a diagnoses. She NEVER looked at the area of pain

Pathetic person as receptionist. I called in 4 times and every time she put me on hold without even asking why was I calling. Not wiling to listen. If you are really in some need advice you can never reach the doctor.

Especially the second time I went to see Dr. Patel, she spent time with me and was compassionate about my chronic back pain. She was approving of my desire NOT to rely on pain meds, and to seek other help, including referrals for a counselor and other referrals as need She called herself and told me of my lab work results. I have told several people how pleasantly surprised I was to have found a new doctor that I liked so much, having to change doctors due to insurance changes.

I was a patient for the past two years and was always very happy with my services until May 2016. On this visit, she was rude and angry and condescending. I was shocked!!! She also prescribed a medicine that I did not need or want. I thought maybe she was having a bad day but when I went back a few weeks later to see her partner, I saw her standing in the hallway on the phone taking aggressively and rudely again. I'm very disappointed in this strange change in her and will not be going back.
