Worst Medical Assistant
I’ve been helping take care of my aging parents for the past 10 years, this includes more dr and hospitals then I can count. I have NEVER experienced a worse medical assistant than Dr Helen Tran’s. She has been rude, argumentative and has not followed through with home health requests. Very very rude and awful to deal with. My parents are considering changing to a different dr because of her incompetence and argumentative rude behavior. Absolutely awful.

I’m a former patient. She misdiagnosed several conditions that I had, but the worst was mistaking squamous cell skin cancer as a rash.

Dr. Tran is amazing! She takes the time to talk to you about your concerns. She is thorough with all her testing and discusses everything with you which is very important to me!

Always satisfying, always friendly, always listens, always looks for a solution, seems to care about me as a patient, not just a dollar sign. She is the best Dr. I've ever had, is pleasant, kind, and remembers all of my case history, even when I keep piling more on her!!! She's great and I would recommend her to anyone.

I was with another physician in the group and switched to Dr Tran...I could not ask for a better physician. Dr Tran is very patient, listens and makes sure she reviews everything needed with you. Very easy to talk to and JUST THE BEST.

Haven't even been able to get to the doctor, calling for an appointment is ridiculous, over 30 minute wait so far. Rude receptionists. They need to get fired!!!

Dr. Tran has been my doctor for almost 3yrs. She has always been so friendly, patient, gentle, easy to talk to and ask questions, concerning and has gotten to the root of every issue. She is my fav doc of all time.
