Dr. Helen Torok, MD

The exam is thorough but Dr. Torok spoke over me to a trainee who was in the room during the entire exam. I was never acknowledged directly or spoken to directly at all. I felt humiliated and ignored.

It would seem that the larger the Torok's practice gets, the ability to contact, to make appointments, and to feel that your visit was appreciated by the doctor and staff fell off, to the point I was reluctantly (after 5-6 years) forced to find a new doctor and practice.

Dr. Torok is an amazing physician! Our family has been going to her for years and her medical knowledge extends far beyond dermatology. Not only does she find great solutions for our skin conditions; she has been able to help find solutions to some of my other medical needs as well. I always trust her advice. We find her very caring and compassionate as well as her staff.

My family has been seeing Dr. Torok from the very beginning of her practice. She does everything and anything to help with any skin care needs! If she recommends something I would do it because I have seen the results first hand!

This is the worst place I have ever been to! The worst customer service, rude people who lie and ignore you. They tell you they want to help you and do whatever they can to make you happy. All lies. I spent over seven hundred dollars on Botulinum over seventy units. My forehead quote on quote should of been frozen, not only my words these were the words that the Dr personal said. A month later I have wrinkles and deep lines worse then I did when I first came in! I call and call just to get someone to book me to come in and look at it so they can see what I’m talking about, and no one gets back to me. No one reaches out to help me they just lie and tell me they give messages to the office manager and nothing ever happens. I personally reached out to the owner and still nothing back. I’ve been very patient and polite but this is ridiculous. I’m tired of leaving messages and no one calling me back. This has been going over a month now. Up to date they blocked my number! How professional!

Very happy with my treatment plan. Dr Torok was very through and listened to my concerns and explained procedures needed. Would recommend this doctor and the facility is clean and staff is very welcoming. Overall great experience

Dr. Torok was condescending to me and rude to her staff. I was too embarrassed to say a word. I will never return nor recommend. Their billing practices are also unethical.

Trillium Creek Dermatology in Medina called the police on me yesterday when I came in asking to speak to Dr. Helen Torok personally. They did not call me personally, initially, to inform me of a biopsy returning with a rare cancer diagnosis. They sent out an unsigned form letter instead that I received 7/2. Dr. Torok insisted that I was called....told me four times that I was called and given the results, but I was NOT. I went in to pick up my pathology report and records after speaking to her on the phone briefly yesterday morning. I simply wanted to show her my phone and my Verizon record that shows NO incoming phone calls from Trillium Creek. All I was looking for was an acknowlegement that their office may have made a mistake and possibly might apologize for it. ?Both Dr. Helen Torok and the office manager Aaron Funk refused to come out and/or see me and when I told them I would wait or book an office visit and pay to speak to them I was told the police would be called if I didn’t

Dr. Torok was very good, but her office staff was almost completely inept. I am currently looking for another provider.
