Dr tatuney was thorough and kind. She took her time with my child. She spoke to him not just me. If I had any concerns she addressed them and helped me get it figured out. Highly impressed with her.

We had a resident see us for our 2 year check up. He was friendly and professional. He worked to engage the girls and teach them what he was doing and what is safe. 10/10 We would love to see him again. We also loved the coloring in the exam room!!

Everything is great

I only took my daughter to see her 3 times and all 3 times were horrible. She was very dismissive, didn’t care to listen to me about concerns, and had a very negative unprofessional bedside manner. When I finally made to an appointment to see another provider they were incredibly rude and snappy with me after seeing the appointment in my daughter’s chart. Her staff usually acted like they had better things to do. Her and her staff were never on the same page, the MA’s would tell me one thing and then Helen would tell me another. My daughter was jaundice and she told me it was my fault. I would never recommend her to anyone. I have spoken to several people who either have seen her or known people who have seen her and they all say the same thing. She is “rude, snappy, dismissive, and unprofessional”. I work in heath care and never met a provider as unfit to provide healthcare than her. Also the wait time before appointments what horrible. Waited 1.5 hours before being brought back.

Dr and staffs are friendly and very knowledgeable on what they are doing. We had a comfortable and easy appointment.

The provider is amazing. The front desk and receptions who are there or answer the phone, most of them treat you like you are bothering them and really need to be trained In Customer relations and service. I loved the nurses and provider and how they were with my child.

Kind caring and knowledgeable

Dr Helen Tatunay was amazing. You can tell how much she values her work & patients. She was terrific with all three of my children. I had the shortest waiting time I have ever had here. I waited no longer than 5 minutes if that. She made sure I had all my questions answered and that we were taken care of before we left. Made my kids feel comfortable and cared for. Best pediatrician I have seen. Highly satisfied with this office.

Did not actual assess health of my children (have gone there for several of my kids - she listened to their heart for a minute, but that was it! Was much more interested in marital status). She just wanted them to get blood drawn for “cholesterol check” and also a urine analysis. They are healthy kids - it was just a check up, these tests are absolutely unnecessary, it seems like an enrichment scheme to bring in more money
