Nice that she is o dependent and not dictated to by one of our two systems I this area That said I think she skims the hey yearly exams too quickly since she can’t make more money off of me so unless I ask for a skin tag removal I think I ve been with her too long You might like her friendly attitude

Love the office and the reception. Felt confident with every part of the visit! It was a special surprise to find out that I was not required to wear a mask and was not made to feel bad about choosing not to be vaccinated. Those two things made a great visit into an even greater visit! Would recommend to all! Thank you, Dr. Strapko!

Wonderful experience from entry to exit. Reception person was friendly and helpful, waiting area was clean and actually had some reading materials during the short wait. Pre-exam care was professional and complete. Dr. Stapko was not only professional but was a warm person express concerns with. Finally, I was thrilled that my choice to NOT wear a mask was honored! In addition to that I was not looked down upon for being unvaccinated. What a breath of fresh air that was. May more physicians follow here example of honoring the medical choices of their patients. Excellent!!!

No matter if you make an appt first thing in the morning, afternoon or later in the day, you will always sit in a room for, at the very least 30 minutes. Have waited more than an hour before, to be seen for 10 minutes. Definitely not worth the wait.

Dr. Strapko is a wonderful doctor, however, she has hired employees who were fired by UR for refusing the Covid vaccine. She does not disclose this to her patients which is offensive. I will not be going back due to this.

For your own safety do not give this office your. Masks are not required or even encouraged, the staff is openly unvaccinated and my older mother was treated very rudely when asked if they could please don a mask for her visit. I have personally had horrible experiences with this office - unprofessional staff, swearing, paperwork and insurance issues, them losing my medical paperwork. I will not be returning to this office again. Unacceptable a medical facility is run this way when there are so many other good options.

I have been a patient of Dr. Strapko for over 11 years. Dr. Strapko is very polite, thorough, attentive and patient. She has always addressed my questions and concerns, and I have referred my family and friends to her because of the wonderful care I have received. I see Dr. Strapko twice a year and I have never felt like I was being rushed through any of my appointments. I feel Dr. Strapko truly cares about her patients and will give you the utmost level of care!

Bad experience here. Doctor was condescending at best. Left feeling like I'd lost a fight; I was angry for a week. Behavior like that can't be an isolated incident. Cannot recommend.

I never even got a chance to see the doctor. My first appointment was cancelled by the staff person, Karen, as I stood in the office because she claimed my appointment was ten minutes earlier than I had noted when I made the appointment. This was my first appointment; I scheduled it because of a skin cancer concern. She questioned whether my hearing was up to par and that "we all make mistakes (!!). Dr. Strapko might be an excellent doctor but I will not deal with rude staff.
