Dr. Shih has a wonderful "bedside manner" in her approach to patient care. She makes the patient feel at ease in terms of understanding and treating the medical problem. I give her 5 stars!

Dr Shih listens and is very patient. Her confidence, professionalism and approachable personality is very assuring. The fact that she could speak both English and Mandarin is a plus!

After seeing Dr. Shih, I actually switched my primary care dr to her - after one visit! She spent a long time with me, genuinely was concerned about my concerns. She took notes, asked a lot of follow up questions and seemed to actually want to get to the bottom of my ailments. She followed with my results quickly and was very kind. I will absolutely be going back to her!

Couldn't explain my symptoms so she dismissed them and diagnosed me with one of my symptoms. A symptom is not a diagnosis.
