Bottom line: This doctor showed no compassion, empathy or care. She was indifferent as soon as she stormed into the exam room where I was waiting. After a 90 minute wait she did not introduce herself, etc., and I tried but she was all business and wanted to get this exam over and move on to the next patient to make another fee. Totally unprofessional and no bed-side manner. Sorry, but that's the facts. Worst experience ever with a doctor. I strongly encourage you to not use this doctor. Signed, by a former one-time only patient of this doctor.

Not a good Fit
Office staff is the worse!! No one answers the phone or calls back, and IF by chance you ever get through, do to calling to much, AND they finally answer they are irritated. Scheduler does not communicate AT ALL, you'll find out you are scheduled for surgery from an email from the hospital. Also, if your family members ask too many questions you are deemed difficult. Zero compassion, not what you need when you get a CANCER diagnosis.

I had a surgery under anesthesia for a fissure injection as well as the removal of external skin. Dr Hall under-advised on me the amount of pain I will experience after surgery and neglected the fact that I was limited to a total number of 5 pain pills for the entire recovery. After the surgery, when the residual numbness wore off, I started to experience a very large amount of pain. We were able to reach a physician that was on-call, after being transferred around for 2 hrs, he was very dismissive and told us that it was not an emergency. Please keep in mind that at this point, I was in so much pain I could not think straight and had my partner help me. The pain forced me to take off work and still I haven’t received an answer. Over 2 weeks later that we finally got an answer from her office. At my follow-up, she admitted that she rarely performs this kind of surgery and it shouldn't have been done. I have more external skin present now. I reported to AZ Med Board

I have called 4 times to reschedule an appointment for a procedure. I called during the correct hours to her office for the last two weeks. I left specific information. I asked to be called back giving all correct information she already has. If she works in an office that employs a staff that is so incompetent and careless then I choose to see another doctor that is not affiliated in her group. That is not professional.

Previously she told me that if I have surgery with an active infection I would most likely end up with a colostomy bag. She said I should wait until the infection is clear for about 30-days before having surgery. I have an active diverticulitis infection now so I had to cancel my colorectal surgery and she had her scheduler tell me to find another surgeon because I canceled (one week before the surgery). She doesn't care about the colostomy bag just her schedule. Outrageous!

After a visit to the ER, I was given the option to see Dr. Hall in her outpatient clinic if I could get there quickly. Immediately, I was greeted by kind staff. Dr. Hall was warm and friendly, and put me at ease despite an embarrassing problem. She was gentle and professional, allowing me to relax despite the sensitive nature of my reason for needing medical care.
