Dr. Bai is what you hope for in a Surgeon and Doctor. After years of specialists, Dr. Bai was able to diagnose my ear issues immediately and my surgery was completed within months of seeing her. I cannot thank Dr. Bai enough for her care. She has improved my hearing and my way of life.

Outstanding! I missed my hearing aid appointment today due to a technical snafu, and she took the time to call and follow up to ensure that my hearing difficulties had been resolved and to see how I was doing. This is very rare patient service in this day and age, and I greatly appreciate it! She treated a prior hearing issue I was experiencing with patience, tact and empathy. I highly recommend!
