I love Dr Copland!! I just had my first appointment with her today! Though it was brief and very simple in nature, I was very happy and pleased with her great communication style, willingness to listed and genuine caring attitude! Sometimes that can be really hard to find in a Doctor. Most of them usually seem rushed and sometimes unwilling to try to dive deeper into your inquiries. However, Dr Coplin instantly gave me good vibes and made me feel like the questions I had were valued and not just a waste of time. She's everything a Doctor "should" be! Absolutely recommend as one of the top healthcare professionals I have encountered in the Twin Cities! Thanks so much Dr Coplin!

Dr. Coplin has been my doctor for 2 1/2 years. I agree with many of the others that comment on her kindness and willingness to listen. The problem is that she rarely does anything for me herself. Instead she refers me to specialists, many of whom take months to get in and see. It's so odd. I've never had a doctor that didn't want to jump in and try to diagnose a patient.

She was my primary for several years. She’s trendy but incompetent. If you are able to see her, she’ll just refer you to specialists. She does not do annual exams - scheduled mine, she wrote an order for blood work then charged for just a regular visit. No exam despite the fact I had had cancer within the past year.

Dr. Coplin has been my physician for 6 years. I have confidence in her as a clinician and I appreciate her willingness to listen. She often times ends an appointment with, “is here nothing else we need to address today?” She is the best!

Doctor Heidi Coplin has been my primary care physician for the past 8 months and all I can say is all good things bout her she is the most caring warm sweet warm compassionate empathetic doctor with the biggest heart of any doctor I have ever seen and she has always given me the time I need to address all of my concerns and she's been extremely committted to my care and helping me feel better in my opinion she should be doctor of the year doctor coplin is the best seriously!
