Dr. Ramos was the surgeon who my mother was referred to for her Thyroidectomy. In short, Dr. Ramos was very forthcoming and very caring with my mother that she felt very strong going into surgery. As Postoperative care is concerned, he was the same and made my mom feel very optimistic. The surgery went very well, and my mom is feeling really good. Just concerned about her voice coming back as it doesn't sound the same, but Dr. Ramos said it should come back in time. We highly recommend Dr. Ramos.

There are very few existing doctors like Dr. Ramos. He knew exactly what my problem was from my existing tests. Never put me through more unnecessary tests and procedures just for billing purposes. I’ve been suffering for 15 years and for the past year have not been able to eat at all. Other doctors wouldn’t or couldn’t help me. He will not tell you what you want to hear. He will tell you what you need to hear. He made my life worth living again. He provided me with options I never knew existed. Explained everything in words I could understand and spent the time to call me family every step of the way. He brought together a team of experts that were a part of the treatment plan before, during and after my surgery. Words are not even enough to explain how grateful I am that I had the opportunity to meet and be treated by this doctor. I would continue to suffer and now, only 3 weeks after my surgery I am able to begin living a normal life.

I consider myself very lucky for having found Dr Ramos. He saw me through a life-threatening case of chronic pancreatitis (with evolving psuedocysts) which lasted for over a year. His and his team's care and guidance were second to none. He knew just the right time to operate and I have been getting better ever since. I can honestly say that I would trust Dr Ramos with my life!

I am a 83 years old cancer survival patient who had a 7 hours Whipple Procedure on April 13, 2017. I am still adjusting to the removal of part of my digestive system. I am glad I had this procedure done by Dr. Hector Ramos. He is the best surgeon I have had in my life. He cares about his patient deeply. He treats his patients like his own family. He goes above and beyond. He saved my life. Thank you Dr. Ramos,

Dr. Ramos is the best doctor...I had a very bad surgical procedure September 2016 with another doctor who blotched my surgery...the original surgery did not get done. It was a nightmare, and I didn't think I could go through with the surgery that needed to be done. I was so frightened and tramatized. After I healed and knew that there was nothing I could do but have the surgery . Than GOD put Dr. Ramos in my path. He was amazing.

Found him loud, intimidating, cold, direct & untrustworthy. No compassion, sensitivity/honesty. Re. a horrific (proven rare) diagnosis, he lied stating it was very common. I felt pressured 2 have surgery with his, "do the surgery now or die tomorrow" attitude. I was lucky 2 have taken a different route & not do surgery, that most likely would've killed me. More than a year now & I'm doing good w/natural treatment. Don't trust doctors- all they see is $$. What a dirty business.

Dr. Ramos saved my life. He performed a whipple procedure on me and so far I have been recovering remarkably well. He took action as soon as he saw me in his office. Along the process every time I mentioned his name, other doctors would acknowledge him as an outstanding figure. Every time I dropped his name doors would open. I would like to extend my gratitude to his exceptional staff who stand alongside him. For me every day brings a new opportunity which comes courtesy of Dr. Hector Ramos.
