Dr was filing in at a practice in Boynton Beach. So unprofessional, rude knows it all and told my son who is in the Autism Spectrum that he is not a productive n member of society cause he is not working and has a bad life. Refused to give a physical said i should tell the State who requires it that the Doctor said not medical necessary. I could go on but enough said

NASTY and not professional doctor with my friend OMG

While his staff claims that he is passionate, the doctor yelled at me - my parents caretaker- just because i would not use his son who is a foot doctor. Had the nerve to tell me that i was hurting my parents health and then proceed to tell me that he wouldn't take care of them anymore. he must have heard me tell his staff that if he kept yelling at me that i will just switch doctors. What he calls passion I call downright rude. He went into the room my dad was waiting and started yelling at him about me. A 87 year old man who does not understand as well as he used to. shame on this person - hiding behind passion to just get his son some work. it is all about money. if it wasn't he wouldn't take his anger with me toward my dad. I do not think much of this person. See my parents for 5 minutes at a time and thinks that he cares more about them than i do AND he is the reason they are still alive. clean and feed them. provide a roof over their head - then we can talk. SMH.

AWFUL "DOCTOR" YES , IN QUOTATION MARKS. EVERY APPOINTMENT MY PARENTS WENT TO WAS RUSHED, IN AND OUT. NOT ONE WHO LIKES TO ANSWER QUESTIONS. COMPLETELY IGNORED MY DAD THIS LAST VISIT AFTER HE HAD A BAD FALL AND WHAT SOUNDS LIKE BRONCHITIS. THE DOCTOR ACTUALLY WALKED OUT ON MY DAD AND MY SISTER WHEN SHE ASKED HIM TO CHECK HIS CHEST. POOR EXCUSE FOR A PHYSICIAN, ONLY TRIES TO SEE AS MANY PATIENTS AS HE CAN I GUESS TO MAKE HIS PAYCHECK FAT.

Bad experience I went in December for the first time and I was only supposed to pay $5 copay and they charged me $65 instead I called my insurance and they said they were supposed to refund me the $60 I have been calling since December and still have not received a refund terrible office!

I went yesterday, terrible doctor. He doesnt care about you. If you can ask a question his answered was see the specialist. I had to go there for change of insurace. They order me a lot of tests and they don’t heard me about all those tests I got on Dec. please don’t go there!!!

MY MOM IS A PATIENT OF THIS DOCTOR WE HAD SOME PAPER WORK THAT NEED TO BE FILLED OUT (FMLA PAPERS) AND THE OFFICE DENIED TO FILL THEM OUT, WE EVEN ASK FOR AN APPOINTMENT TO SEE THE DOCTOR IN PERSON FOR AN EXPLANATION AND THAT WAS DENIED ALSO BY MANAGEMENT. AGAIN DO NOT USE THIS DOCTOR OR OFFICE.

The staff is very rude. They have zero patience and are not at all helpful. Run away from this practice

The worst Doctor I have ever seen.... he is just there to make money but her is not really caring about patient... I definitively won't ever recommend him to anyone... he doesn't even do a physical for you but yes he refer you to a podiatrist... for what? Because podiatrist is at his office as well... I would never ever come back.. fortunately Year starts over to run away from that place....

I've been a patient of Dr. H. Fernandez for 20+ years. If you are looking for a Dr. that's going to coddle you, he is not who you're looking for. If you want a Dr. who is well versed in medicine, technology, standards of practice and your best interest he's your man. He'll tell you like it is, no sugar coating here. It may not be what you want to hear, he can be very blunt and direct. He will take the time to educate you and answer any and all questions you might have related to your illness and treatment.

Staff always kind and respectful, and the dr take his time to explain.

Short wait times. Helpful staff and knowledgeable doctor.

Dr. Fernandez is a very professional Doctor, and very thorough, patient, and of course-a very prefessional staff.
