Dr. Hector Di Carlo, MD

Dr. DiCarlo is an amazing physician. He greets his patients with hugs and a smile. He understands the link between diet and health condition. Have never felt rushed or hurried. He answers all questions thoroughly and completely. I drive more than an hour to see him.

Dr. DiCarlo is a clear example of what a doctor should be. He is always thorough with his examinations and has excellent bedside manners. Above all, he cares deeply about his patients. I don't normally write recommendations, but I am really impressed with Dr. Di Carlo and his staff!

I recommend Dr Dicarlo for his excellent work, dedication, knowledge and great human quality.

Something very strange happened to me with this doctor. I called the office last week to set an appointment as a new patient 10 days in advance. Then, one day before my appointment, someone from the office left a voicemail saying that Dr. Di Carlo had ended his contract with my insurance, but that I could still come in if I could pay out of pocket. I called my insurer to figure out what was going on. The insurance representative said that the doctor's contract was still in effect and placed me on hold while she called his office to see what was going on. A few minutes later, she returned. She told me she had spoken to an administrator in Dr. Di Carlo's office. The administrator had said that in reality, the doctor was simply too busy to take any new patients. I thought this was very strange, considering that I had been told that I could still come in as a new patient if I could pay the doctor myself. I wonder what could have happened to cause strange, strange mix-up.

I have been a patient at the office of Dr Di Carlo's for several years now. All this time he has provided for me and my relatives and friends the better health care we could find. He is personally engaged with his clients, follows up and takes care of reviewing any health practice recommended. Besides excellent care, his professional attitude is priceless. You can feel that someone cares about you all along the process of getting healthier. I could not find this level of personal care otherwise.

Dr. Di Carlo is a genuinely caring doctor. He takes as long as needed with the patient and asks important questions . His staff is extremely helpful , the office is organized and appointments timely . I highly recommend !

Very personable. You will feel welcomed and at ease; he will definitely take his time during your exam. You never feel rushed; all your questions are welcomed and answered. Dr. DiCarlo treats his patients like family; therefore, the wait time will be at least 30 minutes, but, when he gets to you, you'll have his full attention.

Dr DiCarlo is both my wife’s and my primary doctor. Hector truly cares for his patients well being and has led me to the best specialist in the State to treat my cancer. In my opinion there are several primary doctors but the attention DiCarlo gives in the top 1% and that alone is a fantastic reward. All the best to Dr DiCarlo and his patients

Would never go back there. He cancelled 3 appointments in a row. Waisted my time and the office did not let me know until I got there. Totally unreliable

I have been a patient of Dr DiCarlo for about 4 years. He is amazing, to say the least. Very compassionate , caring, and gentle. The visits tend to take a bit longer than usual as this Dr covers every aspect of your health to a T!!! Love him to pieces

I've had a very poor experience at Dr. Di Carlo's office. I came in for an annual exam, which was covered at 100% under my insurance. However, the office submitted the wrong codes to the insurer, which resulted in a bill for some of their services and labs. After discussing the situation with the billing manager, she agreed that I should not be responsible for any of the cost. Now, the doctor's wife claims that speaking to the billing manager (an employee of the office) is not enough.

He is caring and approachable like no other Dr. with whom I have interacted. I cannot say enough good things about him. Top notch!!!!

Dr. Di Carlo is the most caring and compassionate physician I have ever known, and I am sure that all of his patients would agree with this. In addition to being a good listener and never making a patient feel rushed, he always provides excellent care. I don't easily give 5 stars, but Dr. Di Carlo is all that and more.

I switched my primary care physician after 16 years, because when I first went to Dr. DiCarlo's office, I realized that here was a physician who took the time to spend time with you and who truly listened to your health concerns. Dr. DiCarlo ask me questions, how I was feeling, etc. As a result of his care, I am on my way to becoming healthty again. I truly trust Dr. DiCarlo with my life and I would absolutely recommend him to family and friends.
