Dr. Tinsdale is friendly and compassionate. It's the front staff and medical tech that makes this office feel like gulag. The women at the front are insensitive and rude! There are long lines and these women do not work efficiently. My first visit they mis-marked my medical chart, did not give me the info to create an e-chart. I found my own way to register to the e-chart and had asked for the chart to be corrected. The second visit had the wrong visit type coded. I had to wait a long time to check out. Four women are working upfront with no clients and I was left standing a long time waiting. When I ws helped, the woman barked at me for payment. My record says I need a follow up visit. She asks surly if I want to schedule that appt. I do and she says nothing, but takes a long time grimacing to look on the computer. I just left. Way too much wait time and rude personalities. This office DESPERATELY needs smart, intelligent and compassionate front office staff!!!

Dr Tinsdale is one of the best Drs I've come across in years. My whole family are patients. Very caring and thorough. I would recommend her 100%.

Dr. Tinsdale was absolutely amazing! She was not only kind and thorough but she was considerate to the fact I am a new mom. She helped with my 1 year old daughter by holding her while she did the exam and then when I had to have a EKG she took her out with her while her nurse did it. The whole office staff was amazing! As a new mom, I was blown away by their kindness and patience with me having a baby at the appointment!

So dissapointed ... Saw dr for routine blood work and recurring stomach issues... Ive been playing phone tag with Crystal? Who is Crystal? Left 3 messages and no return phone call! I am stressed out because I know my lab results were not normal! They don't care if you get help or not! Probaby hope we die waiting for an answer! My husband is a nurse in the banner system and he is not suprised!!! Find a different dr! She's not worth the co pay! Sorry to say...
