Didn’t review complex medical history and was condescending in regards to listening to medical information that would have been helpful and/or explaining her thoughts. Not prepared to deal with cardiac conditions, and knee-jerk reaction to transfer to ER.

Dr. Shover is a great physician.. She is extremely professional and knowledgeable. She always listens, cares and gives great feedback. She take the time to explain the medical problems and never makes you feel rushed. She even makes follow up calls. I highly recommend her.
