Big disappointment

Long wait time only for Dr Seith to tell my mom she didn't have a virus she had allergies told her to get some regular eye drops and a allergy medicine. I asked how much of each should she take or how many drops should she do she told me to read the directions on the box. Doesn't talk directly to you she had her back to me I found her arrogant and not friendly. She needs to clean up her hair. We have to return to her in 2 weeks but I will be looking for another up ophthalmologist.

I went to her for Dry eyes and was disappointed that she and Dr. Frenkel were not up on the latest products available.

Dr. Seith saw me on an emergency basis for a condition that could cause blindness. I had two hours of tests and at the end of that time she talked to me about the condition what could result treatments and in a caring way made me feel I had had the best eye care and concern for me possible. I am still under treatment and will be for a year and have the most pleasant experience and feel genuine concern on the part of the staff and I could never say enough about Dr. Heather Seith herself.
