Outstanding care! Been my doctor for over 10 years
Dr. Heather Motonaga has been my doctor for over 10 years! I’m 53. I wouldn’t trade her for anything! I have a TON of health issues and she’s helped with each and every single one. She listens. She remembers. She orders tests. She has a big heart. I feel like she’s a huge exception for an HMO, I feel like she really cares about my life and about me as a person. I’m a very anxious person, but her demeanor is calming and reassuring. She’s smart, kind, knowledgable, professional but very personable, genuinely concerned, and is always willing to learn about new medicine. I’ll be absolutely devastated and heartbroken if or when she ever leaves Kaiser. I trust her with my life. What more could you ask for from a doctor?

This physician never bothered to read my medical history and because of that made “assumptions” (her word not mine) that had devastating results for my health. She only treats what you put right in front of her - takes no initiative to take measures to prevent problems. EG: in 3 years never did exam for skin cancer etc. In my opinion, if you have serious medical problems, she is deficient.
