Dr. Heather Madden, MD

Dr Madden was incredible overall. She made me feel very welcome and capable. We had to get my baby out in a flash and her encouragement and skill was unbelievably powerful and I will never forget it. Thank you.

The care and compassion that Dr. Madden provided was beyond that of any other doctor I have been to. She went above and beyond for me and made my pregnancy experience better than I could have imagined. She was patient with me when I had questions, and made me feel like I was her most important patient every time I came in. When I was at the hospital, the nurses told me that Dr. Madden is known to be the favorite OB by the nurses and hospital staff, and I can see why. I appreciate that she practices evidence-based medicine, and I’m still pretty certain that I would have had to have a c-section if certain other doctors were present. I can’t imagine doing another pregnancy without her!

Dr. came in and out my first and second visit with her. Doesn't see if baby is growing healthy through ultrasound monitor, just checks heart with old old old heart doppler. Doesn't talk so she wont have to answer questions. I waited in the waiting room for 30-40 minutes just to see Dr. in room for 3-5 minutes and for her to say " ok I'll see you in 4 weeks"

My experience with dr madden was honestly not the best. She made very uncomfortable comments and jokes that were not necessary. The other doctor in her office is even worse, so if she’s unavailable you’re stuck seeing a very rude man with no compassion whatsoever. I wish I could go back and have changed doctors but I was in a tough place financially and didn’t have many options.

Except first visit, I waited at least one hour every single visit which took only 5 min with her and when it was delivery time someone else showed up.

THIS IS THE WORST DR.S OFFICE I HAVE EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH. Completely unaware of how to care for or treat patients. She and her office made me feel like they work only for a paycheck not for the care of others. EVERYTIME I had a problem, instead of fixing it, she brushed me off. Idk if it’s because I’m on Medicaid or what, but she did not give ONE CARE about what I had to say or my concerns. She will send you to the emergency room instead of doing her job as your Obgyn And the person that performed surgery on you. She will do the bare minimum and then when she leaves things up for her front desk people, they don’t come through either. Please do not go here unless you want a Dr who will do the bare minimum and not give 2 cares about your concerns . They all act like they live in their own little world because your life doesn’t affect them, so they really don’t care. I will never recommend this office or Dr.

Dr. Madden has been 1 of my favorite doctors I ever had in my 36 years of life ?? I am sad she was out of town for my unscheduled c-section ?? but I would recommend her.

I absolutely love her and so happy to have her as my obgyn ?? she has so much compassion, she never judges, and I can discuss any concerns with her. So amazing ?? 5 stars for sure. I love you Dr.Madden ? I go to the Maryland location and the staff are so nice, friendly, and professional just like her.

Oh I've never met a nicer person in my life, she doesn't even know how much she has changed my life by just doing her job, and increasing her passion, I hope she shoots for the stars in here career ??

The staff had a great positive attitude, solved any challenges that arose during my visit and delivered EXCELLENT customer service. Dr. Madden spoke with me as if I was a REAL person and took my thoughts and feelings into account before making a snap judgement on my care. This would be the 4th doctor I have tried. It seems we have a lack of genuine customer service in the medical industry here in Vegas, but Dr. Madden and her team knocked it out of the park! Thanks, ladies!!

Dr. Madden was very professional made me feel comfortable, she was an active listener, and really took the time to go over all my questions and concerns. Very happy I found her.
