Dr. Heather Jones, DO

My GPS took me to the wrong section of the very large shopping center where Dr Jones's office is located. It took me longer than expected to ask for directions and drive to the other side of the center. By the time I got there I was ten minutes late. On arrival the receptionist informed me that I was late and showed me the door. I spent over two hours driving to the 'appointment and back' I was hospitalized last week for Anemia, and was hoping to find a new general practitioner as my condition required monitoring. I hoping that given the circuomstances they might be a little understanding. Nope

I've been a patient of Dr. Jones's for nearly two years now and I love her. She is attentive, comforting, knowledgeable, and listens to what you have to say. I also love that as a doctor of osteopathy she looks at the whole rather than just the symptomatic. Not that I haven't had great providers that were MD's but I've had great DO's over the years and appreciate their outlook.
