I wish I could give NO stars. I made an appointment in June 2021 for August 2, 2021. The office called the morning of my appointment as a new patient and asked to make it a tele-visit because the doctor had an emergency. I agreed just so I could get the ball rolling. I logged into my appointment to find the copay was wrong & attempted to contact the office which took 1 hours time begin transferred all over to various connections. Once I finally got transferred to the office from the main #, they apologized and rescheduled my appointment by moving someone else who was already scheduled in that time slot. The new appointment was a month away. The day before the appointment they called to ask what the appointment was for. When I provided my answer she goes, "that's it?". I said yes and confirmed my appointment. About two hours later the office called cancelling once again, stating the doctor had an emergency.
