Awful
I wish I had done more research before I let Dr. Harmon operate on my eyes. I have spent the last year correcting issues with my eyes from cataract surgery and lens replacement. At each follow-up appointment I clearly expressed my concerns about my vision to her assistant and also Dr. Harmon. I was given a prescription for distance vision glasses to 'help until my eyes healed'. I filled the prescription and never wore the glasses. They made one side of the room look higher than the other. During my last and final appointment with her again expressing my distress about my vision I was given at least 3 different pair of readers to try and use while according to her 'my eyes healed'. She was dismissive and clearly frustrated with me to the point of being rude and condescending. I left the office knowing I would never go back. I would never recommend her to anyone.

Awful
Awful experience. Dr. Harmon was rushed, distracted and constantly interrupted me whenever I tried to speak. The glasses that she prescribed for me gave me headaches. I have worn glasses since elementary school and have never had such a horrible experience. Efforts to resolve this failed and I ended up having to pay another eye doctor in another clinic to redo the prescription which worked perfectly. I understand that Dr. Harmon also does eye surgery. No thanks! If she cannot do the basics like coming up with glasses that work, no way I am going to let her do surgery on me!

Always efficient, yet I never feel rushed. I have other family members that go to her and they all feel the same. In fact, they recommended her to me.

This was a different doctor than I usually see. Mine was not available. All I can say is I will never go back to her because I was diagnosed wrong twice! First by telemedicine, then in the office. I might as well have thrown my money down the toilet, not to mention the lost time.

Dr. Harmon overlooked my eyelid cancer for more than one year. She finally referred me to her partner, Dr. Brightwell, who was dismissive and rude. After leaving this practice, I had surgery and extensive cancer treatment, some of which was necessary because I was misdiagnosed for so long. I cannot imagine receiving worse treatment.
