Condescending, dismissive, invalidating
Every visit, she was incredibly condescending and dismissive, frequently cut me off, seemed more interested in telling me what I was doing wrong and what I should do than understanding me or helping me understand myself in more complex ways. Asked insulting questions like, do you think it's a healthy coping mechanism to call yourself names? Uhhh...no...but if it were that simple, why would I be here? Also, as a medical practitioner myself who specializes in a similar area, I can say she seemed to lack very basic information about my condition that I would have expected a specialist to know.

I absolutely love her candid advice and continued patience. She isn’t a medicine pusher and works with you to solve issues for once and for all. Sympathetic yet tough love. Absolutely recommend.

Just don't do it. There so many more better MD's out there. She doesn't listen, cuts you off while talking, and the worst part is she has a diagnosis within minutes of talking. I don't know who she thinks she is trying to impress but I would not even send my worst enemy to this crack.

I've been under Dr.Halls' care for a few years now, and I must say it's been a great experience for me. I originally began my mental health journey and self discovery the minute I sat down with Dr. Hall, and I find that it's her humanistic, compassionate, and professional honest ora about her that allows me, or makes me see things from a different point of view. It's this ability that keeps me driving almost an hour to all appts. I 100% would recommend Dr. Hall. Thank you Dr. Heather Hall!

I would highly recommend Dr Hall to anyone who is seeking a professional psychiatrist. I've been a patient for a few years now. She is the only person I felt safe in talking to about things I had stuffed for years, I've never been able to express myself in the way I have with any Dr until my visits with Dr Hall. She's a true professional & I'm beyond blessed I have found her & continually see her on a monthly basis. We are working thru all that has hindered by life for many years. She is amazing

I see Dr Hall three times a week to learn to cope with childhood trama. I am also bipolar. She is the first physiatrist to treat me as a whole person rather than a body to be filled with drugs.

She was 10 minutes late for her appointment and then took another 5 minutes to get together paperwork that she should have already prepped. She seemed annoyed to even be at the appointment and threw back a few sighs and eyerolls through the entire visit. The visit was supposed to last 60 minutes, but I was kicked out after 25. Dr. Hall has little grasp or care on the medications that she pushes and whenever I asked her about side effects I was told to ask my pharmacist. Very unprofessional.
