Dr. Heather Fugazy, DDS

I had a tooth extracted and the infection cleaned out. The doc told me she'd have prescriptions for a pain medication and for an antibiotic sent to my pharmacy, which should be ready by 4:30 pm (I had a 1 pm appointment). My pharmacy's website and app didn't show any record. I called the office and they promised they would tell the doc, who allegedly was in surgery. Still no record of the prescriptions. I called again, and they said that the prescriptions are in the computer, but the doc has to sign off. I said I'd wait, they said no, I asked to speak to their supervisor. After a brief hold, I was told that the prescription was sent. Only a prescription for an antibiotic was sent--not for a painkiller. No instructions on how and when to take the drugs were given. No instructions on how to clean my dental retainer, either. Not to mention I had to wait for hours to get one. It's too bad that I'm commited to working with this doctor until my implant is in.

Dr. Fugazy is a very kind and well trained oral surgeon. Spoke to me about each step of extraction. The staff was beyond wonderful.

Excellent review of procedure and post op plan

I went to have a molar and a wisdom tooth removed. Dr Fugazy saw me performed some imaging and explained to me my conditions and what was the best course treatment. After my procedure she was very through explaining post-op care. She follow up with me and answer all my concerns. Dr Fugazy is a very knowledgeable and most important a very caring doctor that I highly recommend.

Dr. Heather Fugazy is an excellent doctor. She goes above and beyond for her patients. Makes sure her patients are well taken care of. From the first time I meet her she was on point. I have a lot medical issues. She reached out to each of my doctors to get clearance for oral surgery for me to have. I love doctors who love there job and patients care.
