Amazing
We saw Dr. Poulson during a walk in appointment for my daughter’s injured foot. He was upbeat and personable and made us both feel very comfortable. He explained the x-rays and ultrasound very clearly and delivered the news of surgery delicately. He’s an amazing doctor!

An amazing doctor!

I will not recommend Mr. Poulson to anyone.
I called Mr. Poulson 3 times for help with pain. No one ever called me back. I was waiting to get my results of my MRI anxiously . I waited a month and then called AGAIN to take time off of work to do a telemed appt. I waited for 45 minutes and never got attended to. I hung up and went to work. I have transferred all of my records to Bone and Joint and have an appt. Set up.I had a great experience on my knee with Dr. Obrock last year! Too bad this had to happen.

Listened and heard
Dr. Poulson listened to me and heard my concerns. H even set me up with another doctor for an issue not related to my ankle issue. He went above and beyond. He and all the staff were kind and attentive on my day of surgery.
