Horrible Doctor
If I could give no stars I would. It was my first appointment with her because my previous physician left the practice and she was 35-40 minutes late without an apology. She didn’t take time to actually look at my chart or what she was doing because she refilled medicine she doesn’t prescribe me, medicine my endocrinologist prescribes me for my Graves Disease. I have been going to Bethlehem since Dr. Orr was alive and loved everyone I’ve seen until now. I will not be returning as long as she’s my only option to see. Would not recommend to anyone

I had an appointment with Dr. Frazier. I was quite disappointed with her dismissiveness and her lack of caring. She acted like it was a bother to take time with me. When I needed a follow up mammogram, she would not respond to my messages. She had to send in the order but couldn't be bothered. I will never go to her again. The staff was nice and helpful but she is not. I do NOT recommend her. I'm glad some people have had a good experience. Was not the case with me.

Very rude
I've never encountered a 'doctor' who talks to their patients in a demeaning manner. I sent messages through my chart as I always have done before she came there, and would receive messages back. Frazier tells me she have over 2900 messages in her box they will not get answered. Frazier proceeds to get smart mouthed behind that mask talking to me like a child. I don't tolerate that from anyone. I really and truly miss Dr. Copeland. She was very personable and never was rude like Frazier. I am very well aware I need to make an appointment if it's medically necessary. I happened to say Ms. Frazier (because one of the staffs said it to me in the past) and Frazier took offense that I didn't put the word 'doctor' in front of her name. I told her I was offended she is talking to me in a manner that she is and this has gone way out on left field. She gets up and say 'yeah we need to find you another doctor, I'll be right back'. After that encounter, I'm happy to find a Dr.

BEWARE!!!
When establishing care with this physician after an insurance change, my first visit was a joke. She did not greet me, or acknowledge me in any way. Did not inquire if I had any concerns or questions. Was rude and dismissive. When reviewing after visit notes and summary online, I identified multiple inaccuracies and a misdiagnosis. When after several attempts to contact her for corrections to my medical record, she refused to update, and advised me to find a new primary care provider if I didn't like her care. ???? Further, I was unable to receive authorization for prescription refills. She is a horrible physician. BEWARE.

terrible
Telehealth
my experience was dreadful. i was misdiagnosed and placed on medication that essentially could have killed me. later i was dismissed after stressing a few medical concerns and told that she needs to cover her self incase i ever died she doesn't want my mother calling her and blaming her ... who in their right mind speaks to a patient like that . rude and unprofessional and would often call me for video calls and have her children running in the background

I wanted to like her for my daughter, until I received her mean treatment. she actually said to me: “what if your daughter had died?” I was horrified that a medical professional was saying that to me. She asked me this in response to me deciding to run to urgent care to treat a high temp my daughter had, instead of calling her at 1am. I guess this was her way of using fear tactics, but that doesn’t work on me. She jumped to conclusions about the treatment my child received, but I didn’t even bother responding back to her I just shook my head and listened because I was fighting back tears. When I got in the car I cried soo hard the Uber driver had to pull over to console me. I saw red flags previously, but decided to be gracious about them, but she was never gracious with me as a first time mother.

Horrible and traumatizing. I saw this woman years ago in her Old Bridge office. She often changes location and there is a reason for that. She misdiagnosed me, humiliated me in her waiting room, called another doctor about me without my permission, over-billed me, and refused access to my medical records. I had to file a complaint with the state board. I was going through a domestic violence situation at the time, and this woman made everything so much worse. Although years have passed, I never forgot or got over what a disgusting person she is and, reading her reviews here and on google, I see not a lot has changed.

Dr Frazier gave me the best health care possible during my bout with the Covid-19 pandemic. She was very concerned and helpful. Our virtual visits and follow ups assured me that my health was a primary concern.

I was treated with such abominable treatment that I am traumatized. The office staff tried to steal $200 from me and when I asked for their names and an email so that I can file a formal complaint I was told to leave or they would cal the police so that I would be arrested since they canceled my appointment after waiting 2 hrs in the office to be seen because they were unsure how to properly run my Empire insurance card.

My experience with this office has been nothing but stress, frustration and anxiety since my one and only visit in October. The initial visit was strange (an hour wait being the only patient in the waiting room, a $150 deposit on an annual visit my insurance covers 100%, I was told by the doctor she could prescribe me medications that were unnecessary to me right off the bat, told me my heartbeat concerned her - never been told that before, and offered physical therapy for whiplash I mentioned I had from 2yrs ago).Dealing with the refund I was promised was another thing. For one I never received a bill from them in regards to the services I was charged for. I’d be told I’d get a call back but hear nothing until I was able to personally go to the location days later. This happened every single time. Each encounter I was told a different story - there was no accountability from the doctor or her nasty receptionist. I have been met with disrespect, lies & complete lack of empathy!

ABSOULUTELY UNPROFESSIONAL!! She doesn’t even get one star!! Hawwa & her entire staff; Especially the incompetent, ignorant, fake, medical receptionist WHO drove out of my character do you attitude, & call me out of my character do you attitude, and blatant disrespect. Never in my life have I experienced such horrible medical staff. Not ONLY that Dr. Hawwa is an African-American Doctor, which is why I went to her in the first place but boy do I regret it!! NEVER AGAIN & you have been warned!!

I was advised the d before that the address had changed. Still information from 2 prior addresses online. My wait time was about 5 minutes. I felt a disconnect from my prior visits with Dr. Frazier. She was efficient but not as thorough as in prior visits, and a little removed. I will remain as a patient because in my opinion she is a very good doctor.

Horrible service!!! Staff is extremely unprofessional and could care less about the patients. You will be treated like a thing and talked down to. I wish I could give zero stars. They shouldn't be opened in my opinion. Dr Frazier tries, but her staff makes the whole practice look like a joke. Very scary place to trust with your health, results, and don't get me started with approvals and/or their thoroughness handling referrals!!! Not trustworthy at all. I would never refer anyone to go there.

Condescending and potentially dangerous medical advice. I had a breast lump (turns out I'm fine and it was likely resulting from a splinter gone awry...it's totally gone now). First she sent me to a Third rate PLASTIC SURGEON in East Brunswick, who had the filthiest office I've ever seen. My spouse actually wanted to walk out just from the waiting room. When we went into the exam room, there was a pile of surgical instruments on the table and dollar store wipes next to them. He said it didn
