DO NOT GO HERE. Run! Fast! These people do not care about you at all!! And that is very important when you are paying someone to keep you healthy. They have ZERO COMPASSION for their patients. They also never answer the phone and when they do they're rude. Don't waste your time. I will never go back. I've already asked my doctor for another referral. I refuse to be treated like I don't matter. Not when I have to pay you. NOPE

Rude and unprofessional office manager
Billing department and office manager incompetent. Difficult to reach this office by phone. All you get is voice mail and a call back days later. Office manager is rude and incompetent. Refused to give her name. Reported incident to Medicare.Stay away as all they are interested in is money. No surprise that the office staff are not well trained. Unless you have time to waste, stay away from this office! After checking in for apt and being put into exam room to wait on the doctor. Receptionist comes to collect a balance owing. This should have been done at the beginning of visit. My insurance said not to pay anything as everything is fully covered by my Secondary Ins. This is my 4th visit with same insurance. I asked to speak to the manager who was RUDE and slammed the window shut, refused to give her name and refused to call my insurance!!Incident reported to Medicare.

Pusher
Dr. Bitar, the neurologist who seemed to have selective hearing, insisted on prescribing medications without paying heed to my concerns. He turned a blind eye to any information I tried to share with him, including the MRI scans, surgery notes, and other relevant documents that I had conveniently converted into PDFs on my phone. It felt as though he had his own agenda, completely disregarding my needs and dismissing any attempt at a meaningful conversation.

Excellent Service
I have been highly impressed with this office from start to finish. I have heard it said that the service you receive at the front desk is what you can expect from the rest of your visit. The front desk staff has been so courteous, personable, and professional. They have kept me up to date promptly with any changes and have been very kind and understanding when I've had to reschedule my appointment due to migraine. I was very surprised that a lady at the desk today knew my name before even telling her! (I have only been there 3 times and with an office full.) This excellent level of professionalism can be seen throughout the office and with Dr Bitar, also. I highly recommend this practice.

The staff is rude. Whoever answered the phone on 5/3/19 around 250pm hung up on me. I am still in shock because I have never been treated this way by a doctor office. I am a person who believes in being polite to all and expect the same treatment in return. Dr Bitar really needs to evaluate the performance of his staff. From reading the other reviews it appears I am not the only one who feels this way.

WORST dr. I've ever seen. He didnt care about why I was actually there, he locked onto the fact that I had been treated for migraines in the past and only cared about that so he could order expensive tests that I dont need !! He actually asked questions geared towards ordering those tests, which is highly unethical. As a former RN, I've already reported him to the authorities following my recent visit. AVOID THIS SCAM DR. !!
