Knowledge and carrying for his patience
I was recommended to Dr. gross about two years ago when I turned 64 by my brother-in-law. I found in Dr. gross all the things that I was looking in a doctor that doesn’t exist those days ,knowledge ,caring, remember you personally and follow up about your conditions and procedure, you have that good feeling that your doctor really care about you something that is very rare those days.

An excellent physician.
I am 87. I’ve been under the care of many physicians and in my opinion, and in the opinion of the physicians who know him, Dr. Gross is one of the best. He has an excellent bedside manner, and is sincere in his concern for his patients. He listens to my concerns, he answers my questions in terms I can understand, and he takes the time to do a through examination..

Worst disrespectful staff office EVER!!!
I have been coming to this office for past 3-5yrs as a patient of Dr. Skarimbas. These past few months to a year, since Covid have been the most unpleasant. The staff in the front office, especially front desk are the most rudest people I’ve ever encountered. I can see and understand why when they are only following in the foot steps of their office manager which is just as bad if not worse. It’s sad that I forcefully feel like have to transfer all of my medical records/history from Englewood health to Valley Medical Group. Where I have a much more pleasant, respectable experience with not only staff but with doctors as well. As mentioned previously, I’ve been coming to this specific office for years but have been a patient of Englewood Health overall for 10 plus years and will now transfer to a much more professional environment, where patients are not being treated like straight trash. I hope this review helps and saves many of your the hassle!

This is additional information . Left initial review Early October. My mom was discharged from hospital with only 2 day supply of antibiotics. During Home visiting service she was catheterized and the she had another infection that could only be treated with IV antibiotics. This caused another hospital stay. Dr. Gross did not refer me to social worker so I could properly care for my mom. Instead he discharged her without a proper prescription and with no guidance on her care, 2nd hospitalization In Hackensack was required. He also discharged her with a bed sore AND DIDNT inform me how to care for the wound. In Hackensack they have a a wound doctor who has addressed this problem,. No communication with family member and just horrible experience Dont go

I have recommended Dr. Gross to family and friends. Decades ago my husband and I were among his first patients. Through the years he has been caring, knowledgeable, and quick to inform us of test results and to recommend specialists when needed. He has chosen quality staff, most recently Nurse Practitioner Esther Biel.

Dr Gross does not care about his patients; has terrible bed side manner; fails to own his mistakes; fails to correct his mistake and has a staff of equally horrrible doctors. Steer clear.

The office is very well run and highly efficient. The staff is extremely competent, compassionate, and provide excellent support. As a physician myself, I value those features of Dr. Goss's practice. The office is always available for emergency or unanticipated visits.
