Dr. Goldfines Office provides inadequate customer service. I had to wait 4 days for the office to call me for an appointment. I called the office twice and left messages with my name, number and the reason for my call. I then had to call my PCP for the third time and he had to contact Dr. Goldfine's office and then I received a call back for an appointment and they pushed me out more than one month for an appointment. They made every excuse why they didn't contact me and told me they didn't understand my messages. Totally incompetent office and customer service.
