Great!
I had a myocardial infarction on 4/18/23 and was treated with a cardiac catheterization and stent. Dr. Patil, did a great job and answered all my questions. Thank you very much for your professionalism and knowledge!

I was supposed to have a cardiology consult for possible pericarditis. I find it beyond strange Dr. Patil didn't even listen to my heart & only convinced me to wear an unnecessary heart monitor which cost a fortune! The office is also paid for supposedly explaining how you're supposed to use the heart monitor... when they only hand you the box with instructions for you to follow inside. Ridiculous.

He spent a great deal of time speaking with me and asking detailed questions. He was straightforward and paused to confirm that his explanations were clear. He was fast to set up the follow up tests and procedures. Finally, I know he did his residency at St Lukes in Kansas City, one of the top cardiac hospitals in the nation. So all around, I was impressed and I'm happy he is my doctor.

I saw Dr. Patil 10/3/18for my yearly follow up to a 2017 heart related hospitalization. He questioned me about my health this past year and listened as I told him how stressful my life has been for the past two months. He showed interest, concern, and compassion. He requested blood work from my primary doctor to doublecheck some things and went over meds with me. He said he will see me in a year, unless I had any issues and I should call him and he gave me his card. Visit was 30-40 min.

So, yeah. No. Asked for NO information whatsoever (and when I volunteered some he asked no follow up questions whatsoever). Spent about 3 minutes with me, most of which was me providing voluntary information about my symptoms and then said there's nothing wrong with me. Um, how would you KNOW? You never asked me anything. And then when I left he actually had the nerve to ask me to follow up in a year. For WHAT? There's nothing wrong with me. Yeah. Just no. That's all I can say. No.
