DO NOT USE DR. SPERBER! I called TWICE to make an appointment. First time ELAINE at front desk refused saying I wanted a second opinion, which I didn't. I wanted to switch docotors. She argued with me, was extremely rude and I had to call her supervisor. I then got the o.k. to make an appointment. Much to my dissapointment, I again got ELAINE again. She is the most unprofessional, ignorant and unqualified person I have ever came across in a medical setting! I couldn't even make a simple appointment without her getting my name wrong twice within 5 minutes, got my primary care doctor's name wrong twice, and put me on hold three times! When I started getting frustrated because she kept making simple mistakes, she would not make the appointment and basically hung up on my by transferring me to her manager. While I was on hold, a person picked up and addressed me as Mr. "X" and almost began discussing whatever he was on the phone for. DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR!

Excellent doctor. Dr. Sperber is straightforward, yet not alarming. Will tell you the facts of your condition along with the plans for moving forward. Will take whatever time you need to ensure your questions are answered.

After several messages I was able to schedule an appointment. Triage nurse was not nice, very in a hurry and standoffish. I ended up cancelling the appointment because of the way the office staff treated me. This took 3 calls to cancel since no one returns calls, and then requested to speak with the office manager --Elizabeth who promptly gave excuses that the office was short staffed. Then only to find out that the office never cancelled the procedure with St Anthonys. Be careful.

This is one excellent Dr ! My husband and I have been Dr Sperbers patients for 15 years he is very through and caring and goes out of his way to explain and suggest what's wrong and what you should do. His staff is the same kind patient and profession they have gone above and beyond to accommodate us
