I really liked Dr. Penny and his staff. They were always cheerful and kind to me. Dr. Penny is very knowledgeable about feet and the problems associated with diabetes. I would still be going to him if I hadn't moved out of state.

I went to see Dr. Penny for plantar fasciitis pain 2 months ago. He said he wanted me to have some physical therapy and his office would be in touch. I waited for over 2 months to hear back from them. I know from past experience PT can take a while to schedule. So I called last week but I couldn't reach the office under the new UPMC system. An operator said my order had probably been "dropped" like so many others in this new UPMC system. Someone would call me back the next day. No one called. I
