No regrets!
Initially, Valor Oncology was last on my list for radiation centers; UC San Diego's Protons Cancer Therapy Center was my first choice, followed by the well-known Loma Linda Cancer Center as my second. After consulting with all three medical centers and their doctors, to my surprise, I chose Valor Oncology! First, I was sold on the state-of-the-art Elektra Versa HD, which surpasses what the other progressive centers were offering. Valor's Elektra Versa delivers the highest levels of a pinpoint precision dose, delivering radiation to the targeted tumor area while minimizing radiation to surrounding normal healthy tissue. The second thing that sold me on Valor Oncology was the impressive backgrounds of the doctors; you can find their extensive research articles online as well on the About Page. The third thing that has impressed me is that my radiation treatments would only last 15 minutes, unlike at other centers. I received 7 weeks of daily radiation; I had absolutely no side effects; I
