Rude office
I cannot say anything about the quality of Dr. Hawthorne’s care because I haven’t actually made it in to see him yet, but the people working in his office are the rudest, most condescending, and unhelpful staff I’ve ever encountered.

First of all, Dr. Hawthorne was careless in surgically putting a defibrillator into my grandmother. He punctured a hole in her heart valve and after some time we found out that her defibrillator was defective. The pain she experienced after the surgery was intense and his lack of concern and follow-up care was virtually nonexistent. His calous and egotistical nature was awful. May God Bless the families of the people who have died unnecessarily under his care.

He will be there for you, there are no loose ends with him. He spends time with you and leaves no stone unturned. He is intense, if its personalty you are looking for he may not be the Dr. for you, just excellent care.
