"Small man" syndrome. "Me Dr.=God" mentality. 0 personality-cold fish. MANAGER-INCOMPETENT. Scheduled for $5+k of tests at Phys. Regional. ASSURED by both Dr office & HOSP. it was in BCBS Network S. IT WAS NOT. I suffered the financial consequences. PHYS. REG. ADMITTED THEIR FAULT & discounted bill heavily-still 0 CREDIT against my deductible. Bishops Manager DENIED it even happened-DID NOT CHECK. Bishop & people have admitted NO fault/responsibility 2 years on. Go elsewhere if you can.
