My visit with Dr. Lin was all I could hope for. The doctor was patient, informative and knowlegible. He arrived at a confirmed diagnosis, and proposed a treatment plan. The time spent on the visit was well worth the trip. This facility and its people are the best!

Dr. Lin and UCI staff are superb. He is extremely polite, friendly, knowledgeable, attentive and clear in his communication. He really listened to me and asked me to go first when we started talking at the same time. My appointment was at 11:40 and he came into the examination room to see me at 11:41. I'm used to waiting at least 30 minutes for the doctor to arrive. I went to see him for sufer's ear and will be getting the surgery from him when I decide to get it done, and I live in Morro Bay. He carefully explained options for me to follow to avoid any problems until then. UCI staff are also great; so friendly.

1. Waited over 45 mins not including arrived earlier as instructed (15 mins earlier). 2. Parking is somewhat a problem for limited spaces. Because long wait, ended had to pay parking fee. 3. When exiting the parking lot, traffic jammed, took a while to exit the parking building. My appointment was 9:40am. I got there 9:25am and exited parking lot around 11am. Because I didn't have serious issues, meeting with ENT doctor was pretty short (5 mins the most). This seems a burden for patients.
