I have been a patient of Dr. Williams for thirty years. He is the most caring, compassionate, and intelligent doctor I've known. I am a big reader, and I often will read about new research on medicines or treatments. If I mention them to Dr. Williams, he will inevitably know about the research, and will also articulate additional research, findings, and theories about the subject. He keeps up to date, and it makes me feel really safe knowing that my doctor is up on the latest and best practices.

It is basically impossible to get ANYONE to return your phone call or follow up. I have been trying for 9 months to have my medical records transferred after not being able to get appointments I was forced to change doctors. As a cancer survivor this is important and still no results. I've filled out a request with my doctor in June and went into the office on 3/25 and did the same. This doctor is a joke and has no time for his patients.

Dr. Williams is an awesome Dr. cares about his patients, always have caring staff that would talk with you and call you back asap. Since he change over to Jackson, everything went down. I called 5 times within a weak to get blood work order, no one returns my call, after staying on the line for up to twenty minutes. In the process of finding another PA. I have no problem recommending him. Not because of the Doctor but the staff service is horrible.

Horrible staff ! Cant even see my.own doctor after admission into the hospital . was told next appointment a.month after.explaing it urgent.to see him 48 hours later after a stroke.!! Hate this place. Wonderful dr but switching primary right away. !!
